I've been recruiting in the BEAM market since 2014, starting with Erlang then later Elixir as it rose in popularity.
I spend my working days looking at candidate resumes & profiles, so I wanted to provide an additional service that allows me offer offer insights from the other side to help get noticed in a saturated market.

The importance of a good resume cannot be understated, with your resume acting as the first impression you make on potential employers. We offer a service in which we read, analyse, and suggest improvements for your CV.
Sometimes it's difficult to write a whole lifetime of achievements on paper & it helps to get an extra set of eyes across it.
Once you've sent us your resume, we'll look over it & provide feedback on a video call review. ​​

We understand that in most cases your personal & professional lives can be considered separate but the reality is that your online presence is assessed by potential employers.
As part of the employability service we can provide honest feedback on your public social media, what to do with that information remains your choice, of course.
