They’re engineering a next-generation platform designed to handle tens of millions of messages with ultra-low latency, fault tolerance, and true distributed system resilience. With early traction secured, they’re now scaling the R&D team to push performance, reliability, and architecture to the next level.

Candidate

What you’ll be responsible for building:

- Real-time messaging infrastructure at massive scale
- Distributed systems using Elixir and Phoenix Liveview
- Clustering, presence, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Backend-driven reactive UI 

What you’ll own:

Core platform infrastructure end-to-end
Scalability, reliability, and production performance
Real-time system behaviour under heavy load

Requirements

- Significant professional experience building high volume, distributed infrastructure in Elixir
- Knowledge of deep networking fundamentals (UDP/TCP)
- Understanding of multi-threading/multi-processing
- Familiarity with Ai products

Nice to have:
Experience with real-time systems at scale (messaging, presence, streaming)
